Facility Restrictions
The hotel is ideally located 50 metres off Junction 15, M40. It is the only hotel in this position between London and the Midlands. It is well placed for connections to the M42, M5 and M6. All meeting rooms are on the ground floor of the hotel, with loading bay access to main suite. The main Suite has A/C. Of the 14 meeting rooms 9 have natural daylight, all have A/C. The hotel has a large comfortable lounge with deep sofas, fire, and hard table areas for laptop meetings. The open plan restaurant/ bar is a modern and vibrant space serving a daily menu plus a la carte items and a daily buffet-style extensive breakfast. There are 180 guest bedrooms, 50 of which are deluxe and have AC. The bedrooms are over 3 floors, including the ground floor with a lift and stairs to each floor. There are 4 accessible bedrooms and 10 sets of interconnecting bedrooms.
