Cancellation Policy
- From the signature of the contract to up to 60 days prior to the event, 30% of the tax-inclusive price of the services ordered is due. - Between 60 days and 30 days prior to the date of the event: 50% of the tax-inclusive price of the services ordered, - Between 30 days and 15 days prior to the date of the event: 75% of the tax-inclusive price of the services ordered, - 9 days or less prior to the date of the event: 100% of the tax-inclusive price of the services ordered. 2/ Partial cancellations Partial cancellations are understood to mean a reduction in the amount of the original offer, whatever the reasons: A shortening in the duration of the event, a reduction in the number of participants and/or in the services ordered. The pro-rata rule shall be applied on the basis of the indemnity terms set out under the complete cancellation terms. 3/ Revised terms and conditions The above cancellation terms may be revised in function of the operational requirements of the establishment and in light of the exceptional or complex nature of the event.
