Melange is nestled in the natural surrounds of Roma Street Parkland. This relaxed, yet elegant restaurant is set amongst the beautifully manicured gardens and lawns. Overlooking the picturesque Roma Street Parkland Waterfalls, our restaurant offers distinctive dining in an open and relaxed setting. The venue is fully licensed with seating for up to 150 guests. Whether it’s for a wedding, conference, seminar, cocktail party or on all occasion celebration, you have the exclusive use of our newly refurbished venue which overlooks the beautiful surrounds of Roma Street Parkland.
