Cancellation Policy
25% of total to be paid within 14 working days as a ‘deposit’ once confirming the event, with 50% to be paid 60 days out from arrival and final 25% to be paid within 30 days of arrival. Cancellation of the event 60 days prior will result in the deposit not being refunded.
