In late 2014, The Square underwent a transformation when a local family made a substantial investment in the Grade II Listed Building, elevating it to a luxurious 5-star Boutique Hotel. A remarkable journey continued in 2022 with extensive refurbishment, including the expansion into the neighbouring building. This metamorphosis gave birth to the marvel that is now the Square Townhouse, affectionately known as the SQT. Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation without charge is required at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival or 14 days during peak season. After this time, the reservation total will be charged in full. Please note, when booking any special offers that require full prepayment at the time of booking, all payments are non-transferable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A credit or debit card pre payment equal to 100% of your total stay is required 3 days prior to check-in to secure your booking. If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before departure. A reservation of five rooms or more is considered a group booking. A credit card will be verified to secure your booking. A prepayment equal to 100 % of your reservation is required 30 days prior to check-in. Notification of cancellation without charge is required at least 30 days prior to check-in. If you cancel for any reason, your payment is non-refundable. The hotel has the right to cancel any reservations if payments are not successful. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled prior to departure. You may wish to take out room cancellation insurance in case you need to cancel your reservation.
