About us
The InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa is one of the classic resorts in the Pacific Beachcomber portfolio of InterContinental French Polynesia resorts. The resort lies on a virgin beach on the Motu Piti Aau (meaning “two hearts” in Tahitian) along the eastern side of Bora Bora and is accessible only by boat. The resort features 84 overwater bungalow villas, of which 70 overwater bungalows are identical, making it ideal for incentive and award trips. We are the only luxury resort in Bora Bora to have exclusively overwater villas. Whether you are looking for a executive board retreat, social gathering or a Bucket list destination place to host your next sales incentive, we guarantee that Bora Bora will far exceed expectations and quite literally change your life!

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies based on the group size and travel dates. Give our relatively remote location, late room cancellations can be difficult to resell.
Additional details
Guests will fly into Papeete, Tahiti (PPT) on international flights and take a regional airline Air Tahiti for their quick 50-minute flight to Bora Bora (BOB). Please refer to our WEATHER document for more information about our weather and seasonality. Given our proximity to the Equator our weather does not change dramatically from one month to the next and we do not incur the same seasonal hurricanes and storms found elsewhere in the Caribbean.

We currently do not limit the number of guests in the Fitness Center, however we did during the pandemic based on guidelines from the WHO. The Fitness Center is located in our Spa and is cleaned frequently throughout the day to maintain cleanliness.

Yes : We used to limit the number of guests in the Fitness Center due to social distancing. Currently this is not a government requirement and so guests are able to use the Fitness Center based on their personal comfort. Cleaning measures in place currently, are the same measures used during the pandemic.

Yes : Hotels have increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms) and high-touch points in guest rooms. Guestrooms are cleaned on a daily basis, including bedding sheets and towels.

Yes : We base our occupancy and social distancing guidelines based on the governments recommendations and guidelines and we in line with their recommendations.
