The Embassy Suites Boca Raton is a great choice for your next event, featuring over 15,000 square feet of indoor function space complemented by outdoor venues. From our versatile ballroom accommodating up to 450 guests banquet style, to our conference rooms, discover a variety of settings to fit your needs. Whether a conference, theme party or small board meeting our seasoned staff will work with you to plan an impressive event. We welcome groups up to 150 rooms peak night and will consider larger groups based upon availability. Our maximum capacity is 400 classroom. Our Palm Theatre with tiered seating is popular for training groups up to 100 people. We feature boardrooms that accommodate both 12 and 25 attendees; perfect for board meetings and retreats. Located between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, Florida. Our hotel is situated in the heart of the Best of Boca’s world class shopping, restaurants, nature parks, museums, golf, tennis and of course, those beautiful beaches. From our spacious two-room suites to our free made-to-order breakfast, we understand our guests and their needs. We provide warm, professional service that creates a lasting connection between the hotel and our guests.. Make yourself at home in our two-room suites which feature a spacious living room and separate bedroom with a door between the two. Recharge in our 24 hour fitness center. Relax poolside which features patio seating and a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool. We have value added amenities that make your stay comfortable, including wireless internet access available throughout the hotel. Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
