About us
The Protea Hotel Bloemfontein is situated 2.5 km from the N1 Highway, at 202 Nelson Mandela Drive, Bloemfontein. It is set in secure landscaped gardens with a swimming pool and terrace used for relaxing after a strenuous day. We are easily accessible both from the N1 and the airport and we are within walking distance of the University of the Free State, Grey College, Mediclinic and an array of Shopping centers and restaurants. The Protea Hotel Bloemfontein comprises of 94 modern and luxurious rooms with on-suite bathrooms and a separate bath and shower. The Hotel features include a conference room which can seat between 40 – 60 delegates, depending on seating preference. We also have smaller conference rooms which that holds different capacities. We have a restaurant, bar and lounge area. We have internet access, limited room service facilities as well as limited undercover parking.
