About us
Chapel House is tucked away in the corner of the market square in historic Atherstone, Warwickshire, near Tamworth and Nuneaton. For a leisure break, there are lots of interesting attractions including Shakespeare's Birthplace, Castles, Cathedrals, Twycross Zoo, Bosworth Battlefield, several Golf courses and plenty of invigorating walks. Coventry Canal is within easy walking distance for those who are travelling at a more sedate pace. Set in a pretty walled garden, this mostly Georgian building offers warm, comfortably elegant rooms and the feeling of being welcomed as a guest in a gracious family home. Chapel House has twelve bedrooms located on the first and second floors. Each of our rooms is individually furnished and decorated with comfort and convenience in mind. Elegantly decorated with a high ceiling and beautiful views of the garden, the main restaurant accommodates up to 24 people on one long table for luncheon or dinner and, together with the lounge next door, up to 35 people for a buffet party. As a private dining room, the morning room accommodates up to 12 people on one table.
