Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to reserve your event at Biltmore, we would like you to please be aware of our cancellation and attrition clauses included in our group sales agreements. In consideration of Biltmore having reserved an agreed upon number of sleeping rooms and/or function space with the number of participants as outlined in the Agenda, the Organization agrees to fully utilize the aforementioned rooms and function space. Organization will be charged for any decrease in the contracted room block or the Conference/Event Agenda.
