3* Holiday Inn Express and 4* Holiday Inn Amsterdam - Arena Towers are ideally located in the most popular business and entertainment district of Amsterdam South East. The 2 new-built properties are located in the same building and have 1 main entrance to welcome their guests. With this combination there is a total of 443 sleeping rooms and 10,000 sq ft of flexible meeting & events space. All modern guest rooms dispose on the following facilities in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible: coffee-and tea in room making facilities, LCD flat screens with international TV channels, pillow menu, air-conditioning, walk inn showers. The conference space is located on the same floor with adjacent a foyer area. All 10 multi-functional meeting rooms have natural day light and the ceiling height is 3.3 meter. Our largest plenary room called Rembrandt located on the ground floor offers a maximum of 220 guests in cabaret set up and 400 guests in theatre style. There are many possibilities in terms of brand events, kick-off meetings and car launches. Hybrid Meeting Solutions is new in our offering. We have created simple up to extensive streaming solutions. Depending on the size of your event we are able to provide with you a tailormade option. For catching up with colleagues and informal gatherings, our Open Lobby on the first floor is the perfect place to unwine and relax. In our “To Go Café” we proudly serve fresh brewed Starbucks coffee. You can dine in ' The Open Lobby', our all day dining restaurant and bar where they serve a variety of international dishes. We offer free WiFI throughout the entire hotel, including bed rooms and conference area. The Amsterdam arena towers are in possession of a Healthcare venue Green Certificate.

Cancellation Policy
The Uniform Terms of the Hotel and Catering Industry of the Netherlands (UVH) apply, which can be forwarded in full upon request. a) In case of Cancellation more than 3 months before the time when the first Hospitality Service should be provided under the terms of the Agreement, hereinafter called "the Commencement Date", the Customer is not obliged to make any payment to the Hotel Establishment. b) In case of Cancellation between 3-2 months before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 30% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. c) In case of Cancellation between 2 months and 4 weeks before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 50% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. d) In case of Cancellation between 4-2 weeks before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 75% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment. e) In case of Cancellation 2 weeks or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
Facility Restrictions
All our room rates are including 9% VAT but excluding 12.50% city tax per room per night. Service tax or fee is not applicable.
