Guarantee Policy Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation. In case of a no show the total value of the reservation will be charged. However details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy differs from your booking. I case of a Saver Rate, the rate is non-refundable and non-changeable. If you have booked a Flexible rate, your reservation may be cancelled till 2 days prior to arrival before 3pm. Cancellations after this time or in case of a now show the total value of the reservation will be charged.
