Facility Restrictions
The minimum to reserve this room is 20 people. If you are a group of less than 20, please call to discuss this in person- conditions for smaller groups are determined on a case by case basis. You may be asked to pay the difference required to meet the 20 person minimum. There is no room fee for groups over 20, however a confirmation agreement and deposit is required. Parties booking groups of 20-40 will be charged a deposit of $250 for a luncheon or $500 for a dinner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. If you cancel due to inclement weather or other circumstance beyond your control, exceptions will be made. You may receive a refund for your deposit if you are unable to schedule another date.
