Hotel Luxe is situated in the very centre, in the most traffic street in town, close to historical and cultural monuments of the 1700 years old city, which is protected by the UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage. The ideal position of the hotel guarantees easy access to all important parts of the city. We are in walking distance from famous Diocletian palace as well as from the bus terminal, railway station and the ferry. The hotel is in the near vicinity of the popular city sand beach Bacvice and it's transparent clear sea as well as from Split forested park, it's "green soul" hill Marjan. In the place of ex old factory built almost 100 years ago, today stands fully refurbished and reconstructed, the most exciting and fashionable boutique hotel. In ancient town of Split you may now enjoy old world charm and state of the art luxury. Hotel Luxe features 30 comfortable and modern rooms, cosy wellness area, dining room and lobby bar with the view of Split city life. The hotel's dining room is equipped to accomodate up to 20 guests for business meetings or presentations. The hotel also offers a meeting room which can be reserved for private parties as well.

20% non-refundable deposit is required to to confirm reservation. 30 days prior to arrival 50% down payment, non refundable is required to keep the rooms block; you may change rooms allocation for up to 40% of room block. 10 days prior to arrival, the rest of 40% down payment, non refundable is required to keep the rooms block; you may change rooms allocation for up to 10% of room block until 3 days prior to arrival.
