"Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be liable to a penalty. This penalty will be equivalent to 50% of the amount due for the full stay. Thereafter, reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to the intended arrival date will also be liable to a penalty to the equivalent of 20% of the amount due for the full stay reserved. If your reservation was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited. Any reservations made within 7 days prior to the intended arrival date will be charged 1 night's stay if cancelled 48 hours prior to the intended arrival date."
