WaterColor Inn & Resort, one of Northwest Florida’s only AAA Four Diamond and Forbes Four Star beachfront hotels, is nestled on nearly 500 acres of sugar-white sand beach. Surrounded by 1,400 linear feet of beachfront and pine forests alongside Western Lake, the state’s second-largest naturally occurring coastal dune lake, WaterColor Inn & Resort offers deluxe accommodations designed by David Rockwell at the newly renovated 60-room Inn, where every guestroom has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and a pair of Adirondack chairs on the patio (and on the first floor, a private outdoor cabana shower). In addition to the 60 rooms in the Inn we offer 200 Vacation Rentals that range from one to six bedrooms.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation is free of charge if done before two weeks of the date of arrival 06:00 PM (CST). Penalty Charge for late cancellation is 2 nights for reservations March - August. For other months the cancellation is required 1 week prior to arrival and the penalty is one night.
