Sollte der Mieter eine Veranstaltung absagen, nachdem er einen Vertrag unterzeichnet hat, oder wenn der MWA die Veranstaltung absagt, weil der Mieter gegen den Vertrag verstoßen hat, kann der Mieter die nicht rückzahlbare Anzahlung ganz oder teilweise einbehalten. Die Höhe der fälligen und geschuldeten Gebühren für eine abgesagte Veranstaltung wird jedoch um den Betrag der Gebühren reduziert, die die MWA erhält, wenn sie einen anderen Kunden für diese Zeit und diesen Raum buchen kann. Wenn Handlungen oder Ursachen, die außerhalb der Kontrolle der Parteien liegen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Unfälle, Arbeitskonflikte, Pandemien, Epidemien oder andere Ausbrüche von Krankheiten oder anderen Infektionen, Kriegs- oder Terrorakte, militärische oder bewaffnete Konflikte, Aufstände, Aufstände, Explosionen, Blitze, Erdbeben, Brände, Stürme und Überschwemmungen, die Durchführung der Veranstaltung unmöglich machen, weil die MWA-Einrichtungen geschlossen sind oder anderweitig nicht verfügbar oder, falls nach Ermessen des MWA solche Handlungen oder Gründe eine Absage der Veranstaltung erfordern für Aus Sicherheitsgründen wird die MWA alle vom Kunden geleisteten Einzahlungen oder Zahlungen zurückerstatten und den Vertrag kündigen.

Das Museum of Wisconsin Art wurde 1961 gegründet, um die Werke des in Milwaukee geborenen Künstlers Carl von Marr (1858-1936) zu sammeln. Es enthält derzeit die beste und umfassendste Sammlung seiner Werke überhaupt. 1998, nachdem erkannt wurde, dass keine Institution eine umfassende Überblicksammlung zur Kunst von Wisconsin aufbaut, wurde die Early Wisconsin Art Collection anlässlich des zweihundertjährigen Bestehens des Bundesstaates enthüllt. Dies hat sich zur umfassendsten Sammlung ihrer Art entwickelt.
