We understand the nature of the group business and acknowledge that from time to time there are situations beyond the company's control that will affect the ability to meet a reservation. Therefore, we kindly request that we are advised as soon as possible if there will be a change in a reservation so that we may adjust food orders and staffing. The deposit will be non-refundable if a booking is cancelled without at least 48 hour notice.
