BY CAR Bloor Street and Yonge street are major Toronto streets that intersect in Bloor-Yorkville. If travelling from the north, east or west, take Hwy. 401 to Yonge Street or Avenue Road, and go south to Bloor. Or, take Hwy. 401 to the Don Valley Parkway. Travel south to the Bloor/Bayview exit and travel west along Bloor Street. If traveling from the south, take the Gardiner Expressway to Bay Street, Yonge Street, or York/University Avenue and continue north to Bloor Street. BY AIR From Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island, you can take a taxi to Bloor-Yorkville or take the shuttle to Union Station and enter the Toronto Transit System (TTC) either train on the Yonge/University Line #1 will bring you to the Bloor-Yorkville Area. St. George train will bring you to the far west end of the neighbourhood, while the train to Bloor will bring you to the intersection of Yonge and Bloor. CANCELLATION OPTION Either Hotel or Group may cancel this Agreement without cause upon written notice to the other party at any time prior to the Event. In the event Group cancels without cause, Group shall pay Hotel liquidated damages in an amount calculated according to the table below (the "Cancellation Charges"), plus applicable taxes. Applicable Services Charges will be added to the Cancellation Charges when cancellation occurs sixty (60) days or less prior to the first date of the Event. Payment of the Cancellation Charges shall be made by Group to Hotel at the time this Agreement is canceled by written notice. Hotel and Group agree that: (a) the damages suffered by Hotel in the event that Group cancels without cause are difficult to calculate; (b) the above formula is a reasonable estimate of such damages; and (c) the Cancellation Charges do not constitute a penalty.
