Das Shreveport Convention Center verfügt über mehr als 350.000 Quadratfuß große Tagungsfläche, die auf die Bedürfnisse jeder Gruppe zugeschnitten werden kann. Zu den Tagungsräumen gehört die Hauptausstellungshalle mit 95.000 stützenfreien Quadratfuß und einer 30-Fuß-Decke, die in drei Abschnitte unterteilt werden kann. Der Captain Shreve Ballroom auf der zweiten Ebene hat eine Gesamtfläche von 18.000 Quadratfuß mit einer 25-Fuß-Decke und ist in vier Räume mit einer Größe von 2.500 Quadratfuß bis 7.000 Quadratfuß unterteilbar. Es bietet Platz für Gruppen von bis zu 2.000 Personen mit Theaterbestuhlung und bis zu 1.500 Personen für Bankette. Die 10 Tagungsräume haben jeweils etwa 1.600 Quadratfuß mit 20 Fuß hohen Decken und befinden sich im zweiten Stock gegenüber dem Ballsaal. Außerdem bieten ein großer Sitzungssaal und zwei kleine Konferenzräume mehr Auswahl an Räumen, die Ihren Bedürfnissen am besten entsprechen. Der vielseitig nutzbare Red River Boardroom befindet sich in der einzigartigen Haupteingangstrommel des Shreveport Convention Center aus Stein und Glas.
