About us
Das Union Hotel befindet sich im Herzen von Penzance, an einer Straße, die architektonisch als eine der schönsten Straßen Cornwals gilt. Das Hotel war bei vielen wichtigen Ereignissen der Geschichte des Vereinigten Königreichs bemerkenswert vertreten. Das Hotel ist stolz auf seinen Ruf, die Standards von gestern in der modernen Welt von heute beizubehalten. Sie finden strahlend weiße Bettwäsche, flauschige weiße Handtücher und vor allem ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt und Höflichkeit der ansässigen Eigentümer und ihrer Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel wurde diskret modernisiert, wobei das traditionelle Thema beibehalten wurde. Alle 28 Zimmer sind mit Zentralheizung, Farbfernseher, Radio, Direktwahltelefon, Hörfunktion für Kinder und Tee-/Kaffeezubereiter ausgestattet. Die meisten Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und viele bieten einen herrlichen Meerblick über Mount's Bay. Unser Veranstaltungsraum, der Trafalgar Dining Room, gilt als das beste Beispiel für einen georgianischen Versammlungsraum in Cornwall. Ein weiterer schöner georgianischer Raum ist unsere Lounge, die ebenfalls vollständig restauriert wurde und sich ideal zum bequemen Lesen oder Schreiben oder als perfekter Ort für Treffen mit Freunden eignet.
