About us
Gansevoort Meatpacking ist ein ikonisches Hotel, das seit 2004 den pulsierenden Meatpacking District von New York City sein Zuhause nennt. Das Hotel mit 186 Zimmern wurde 2021 von Grund auf renoviert und betraf alle Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche. Das kulinarische Angebot umfasst zwei Restaurants mit vollem Serviceangebot im Erdgeschoss: Das Chester American Bistro und das europäisch inspirierte Coffee + Cocktails sowie das neu renovierte Gansevoort Rooftop mit einem 45 Fuß großen beheizten Dachpool und einer Terrasse, auf der die Gäste einen ungehinderten 360-Grad-Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan und das intime Omakase-Konzept Saishin genießen können. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Hudson River, der High Line, erstklassigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, dem Whitney Museum of American Art, dem Chelsea Market, Little Island und vielem mehr entfernt.
