Moltke's Palace wurde 2023 mit dem internationalen Umweltzeichen Green Key zertifiziert. Aus diesem Grund haben wir mehrere Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen umgesetzt, die sich auf Klima und Umwelt konzentrieren. Ein Besuch in Moltkes Schloss ist ein Besuch eines Veranstaltungsortes, der mehrere Anforderungen erfüllt, unter anderem in Bezug auf Ökologie, Abfallmanagement, Produkte mit Umweltzeichen, Lebensmittelabfälle usw. Moltke's Palace wurde 2021 auch von The Organic Cuisine Label mit dem Bronze-Label ausgezeichnet, da 30-60% unserer Zutaten biologisch sind. Unser Küchenteam ist bestrebt, von der Jahreszeit inspirierte Menüs mit lokalen Lieferanten zu kreieren.
