Wenn Sie die von Bäumen gesäumte Allee betreten, die zum Wasserschloss Lembeck (wörtlich „Wasserschloss oder Schloss“) führt, haben Sie das Gefühl, dass etwas Besonderes auf Sie wartet. Die Allee führt in gerader Linie — über die Brücke, über den Wassergraben, durch den Torbogen von Torhaus und Stallungen (deutsch: Vorburg), weiter durch einen Außenhof und über die Brücke zum Hauptteil des Schlosses. Das Hotel und Restaurant Schloss Lembeck wurde kürzlich unter der Aufsicht der Gräfin Katharina von Merveldt renoviert. Inga Nottelmann, die neue Direktorin, hat das Restaurant ebenfalls von der international renommierten dänischen Designerin Tage Andersen umgestalten lassen. 18 Hotelzimmer und zwei Familiensuiten mit 38 Betten stehen für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt auf dem Wasserschloss Lembeck zur Verfügung. Jedes Zimmer mit individuellem Charme erinnert an das Leben vergangener Zeiten. Das Hotel ist ein perfekter Ort für Ihre Konferenzen, Tagungen und Hochzeitszeremonien. Das Hotel bietet 4 Räume für jede Art von Veranstaltung.
