Stornierungen von Veranstaltungen: Als vorläufige Stornierung kann die reservierte Zeit ohne Stornogebühr storniert werden. Sobald die reservierte Zeit bestätigt ist und Sie aus irgendeinem Grund mehr als 7 Tage vor der Veranstaltung stornieren müssen, werden 50% von der angegebenen Kreditkartennummer abgebucht. Wenn wir eine Anzahlung von 50% per Scheck oder Bargeld erhalten haben, verfällt diese Anzahlung. Wenn die Stornierung innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der Veranstaltung erfolgt, werden 100% der hinterlegten Kreditkartennummer belastet. Wenn ursprünglich eine Anzahlung eingegangen ist, wird der Restbetrag sofort fällig. Stornierungen von Partypaketen: Sobald ein Partypaket bestätigt wurde und Sie aus IRGENDEINEM Grund mehr als vierzehn (14) Tage vor Ihrer Veranstaltung stornieren müssen, wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet, sie verfällt vollständig und die Reservierung wird freigegeben. Einzahlungen sind nicht übertragbar, es sei denn, WhirlyBall kann das reservierte Datum und die Uhrzeit mit derselben Mindestgarantie buchen.
