Eine schriftliche Stornierungsmitteilung muss an den Veranstaltungskoordinator gesendet werden (die „Stornierungsmitteilung“). Wenn der KUNDE die Veranstaltung mehr als sechzig (60) Tage vor dem geplanten Termin storniert, erstattet das 20 F Street NW Conference Center alle vom KUNDEN erhaltenen Gebühren und Kautionen zurück, mit Ausnahme der nicht erstattungsfähigen Anzahlung für die Reservierung der Veranstaltungsfläche. Wenn der KUNDE die Veranstaltung zwischen sechzig (60) und dreißig (30) Tagen vor dem geplanten Datum storniert, verfällt der KUNDE nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung für die Reservierung von Veranstaltungsräumen sowie 50% aller anderen Gebühren und Kautionen, die für andere Gebühren und Anzahlungen eingereicht wurden Dienstleistungen. Wenn der KUNDE die Veranstaltung innerhalb von dreißig (30) Tagen oder weniger vor dem geplanten Datum storniert, verfallen alle eingegangenen Gebühren und Einzahlungen. 20F kann den Vertrag nicht einseitig ohne Angabe von Gründen kündigen.
