Yes, We do not use any plastic materials such as plastic dining ware, straws, cotton buds or small shower bottles. All are bamboo or recyclable materials or can be reused

Yes, We strip the entire room and wash all aspects and also reinforce the freshness of bathrobes by placing a clear plastic covering over it to emphasis it being clean. We also have stickers that we place on the outside of the guestroom reinforcing clean
