Perfect Drop is Daylesford's most intimate, boutique and unique restaurant and wine bar, specializing in making your dining experience one to remember. Menu is focused on local, organic, seasonal and ethically sound produce, with an array of share plates, entrees, mains, sides and desserts to choose from. Whatever the occasion, we have the perfect dining spaces, 4 in total to suit all tastes and requirements, including a private dining room that can be closed off and is ideal for all functions.
