Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation or termination by Licensee, notwithstanding any provision of this Addendum to the contrary, any deposits and Cancellation Fees actually received by Licensor may, upon mutual agreement of the parties, be applied to a rescheduled or new event of similar size and scope (not yet reserved by the Facility) by Licensee or Licensee’s third party representative, provided the new event is incremental to the Facility and licensed to occur within the next full calendar year following the date of the original Event.

A third escalator connects to an upper concourse and the grand staircases access all levels. The VIP Club includes a bar and dining area on the mezzanine level. A more exclusive dining area overlooks the bay from the most prominent corner. Club suites, only 15 rows from the event floor, offer sightlines at an ideal distance and height to see all the action below. The spectator balcony above is reached from the mezzanine and upper concourse. The arena has a horseshoe bowl and seating capacity for up to 10,000. This includes fixed seating, retractable floor seating and premium box seats. The lower bowl seats 5,057 with the upper balcony seating another 3,099. Balconies open to a dramatic view of the bay skies with natural light filtering in through its glass lined walls. Monumental shades can blacken the balconies forsmaller events.
