Additional details

The basic rental for one performance, non-inclusive of lighting, sound or staging, is Sunday through Thursday $1,500.00 or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater. An additional $500.00 fee is charged for each hour over four (4) hours. The four hour period commences with the opening of house, usually one hour prior to the start of the event. Basic rental for Friday, Saturday and Holidays is $2,000.00 or 10%
