Set in a panoramic position on a hill near the old town of Cividale del Friuli , the Locanda Al Castello is housed in a castle of the early ' 800 that , from the original summer residence of the Jesuits , became in 1960 the inn kitchen . Since then it has hotel restaurant , in its interiors , respects the simplicity and discretion of Friuli style .
