Yes, The elimination of plastic straws in 2018; The elimination of single-use plastic food and beverage take away items and plastic laundry presentation items in 2019; and in the process of moving to large format amenities across the portfolio.

Yes, Bed linens, terry bagged and sealed before being transported to be laundered between guests. Soiled linen removed before clean linens brought into room. Room attendants wear and change gloves regularly, including after touching soiled linens.
