About us
Knife is a new American-style smokehouse, where you can tuck into the signature smoked meats, our special ribs, tender chicken, both simple and exotic seafood, or perfectly-grilled steaks. It is an eatery in which the ambience and the food are cosy, home-from-home, as well as simply sophisticated; a bit like New York loft meets Deep South smokehouse. And with an open kitchen, so you can start salivating long before the food hits your table. But for all the sophistication, there is something that’ll tempt the whole family, with a menu full of delights, from appetizers to desserts to cocktails. Knife Restaurant can also hold private functions.
