Group and event booking: - After signing the contract, until 3 month before arrival 80% of services (room block, room rental, technical equipment, catering, etc.) can be cancelled without penalty. In case of cancellation above this percentage, the total amount of cancelled services will be charged as a penalty. - Between 3 months and 8 weeks before arrival 70% of services (room block, room rental, technical equipment, catering, etc.) can be cancelled without penalty.
