Facility Restrictions
We are a beachfront hotel and have direct access to the beach. Any events taking place on the beach require permits and registration to be handled with the local authorities.
Cancellation Policy
Best available rate: 1st night room+tax required at booking and a 48 hour cancellation policy. Early Departure Fee: In the event a guest checks out before the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee of one night’s room and tax. To avoid the fee, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any changes in your departure.

Smoking Policy All guestrooms and public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed for any guestroom where smoking is found to have occurred. Pet Policy Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $25 plus tax will be charged per day. 50lbs or less. Debit Cards A hold will be placed on the debit card for the total amount of your room and tax plus a $50 incidental hold per night of your stay. The unused portion will be released on the day of departure and may then take 7 to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.
