EXTRA BEDDING POLICY Extra beds are not permitted in Deluxe Rooms, Garden Access Rooms, Pool View Rooms and Pool Access Rooms. A maximum of one extra bed is permitted in Towers Rooms, Towers Cabana, and Suites. FAMILY PLAN POLICY Children 12 years of age and under sleep free in existing bedding when shared with a paying adult. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children are allowed in Deluxe Rooms, Garden Access Rooms, Pool View Rooms and Pool Access Rooms. A maximum of 2 adults and 3 children are allowed in larger Executive Rooms, Towers Rooms, Towers Cabana and Suites. Rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. LATE CHECKOUT POLICY A fee of 50% of the nightly room rate is applied for late checkouts between 12pm and 4pm. A fee of one night is applied for late checkouts after 4pm. Advanced notice is required and late checkouts are subject to availability. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed. VISA/PASSPORT POLICY Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to the date of entry. Visitors may also require a visa. Check local immigration offices for visa requirements.
