Paon Bali is designed as a Balinese kitchen and cooking classes here allows guest to experience real Balinese cooking using exotic local ingredients, some of which are grown on the expansive property. A popular event space, Plataran has expanded its facilities to offer a beautiful antique joglo space which can be used for seminars and classroom set ups for up to 60 guests.
