Templars Hotel & Restaurant building is steeped in history, having been built as a private house and maltings in the early 18th century, when Baldock was a favorite watering place on the main Great North Road from London to York. Subsequent owners included the Ind family, founders of the Ind Coope brewery company. Our Restaurant Offers a fine and varied menu, with a range of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes and an emphasis on the best in Greek and English cuisine.
