About us

Located in a reserved, five acre property, the 18 story hotel sits in a private enclave, in the heart of Bal Harbour on Collins Avenue where the Atlantic Ovean meets the intracoastal Waterway. Guests are whisked up to their guest rooms in private elevators, with two accommodations per floor, ranging in size from 510 square-feet to the 2,800-square foot Presidential Suite. Every guest room has a balcony with panoramic views. The hotel features more than 10,000 sq. ft. of versatile indoor and outdoor event space. Recreation highlights include a 750-foot, semi-private golden sandy beach, European-edged outdoor swimming pool with private luxury cabanas and private plunge hot tubs, and ten private treatment rooms in the spa - which can be reserved for group events.
