Cancellation Policy
Should a group terminate or cancel their contract for any reason other than for cause or due to Force Majeure, the group agrees to pay Hotel the following amounts as liquidated damages: 60+ days prior to arrival date - 50% contracted revenue 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival date - 75% contracted revenue 30 days or less prior to arrival date - 90% contracted revenue The foregoing fees are agreed by the parties to reflect a fair and reasonable estimate of the damages that would be sustained by the Hotel in the event of termination or cancellation and include an estimation of the Hotel’s ability to replace the lost business or otherwise mitigate its damages.
