CANCELLATIONS Events may be canceled without penalty up to 60 days in advance of the event date. Events canceled with less than 60 days notice will forfeit all deposits. If an event is scheduled in the month of December, it may be canceled without penalty up to 90 days in advance of the event date. Less than 90 days notice will result in a forfeit of all deposits.
