Genesis Business Centre & Family entertainment centre is located in Alfreton and is very straightforward to find. It serves the people and businesses throughout the Amber Valley both as a Family Entertainment Centre and a place for business. The genesis site offers a variety of fully furnished and well equipped rooms that are ideal for events, meetings & conferences for up to 300 guests. We provide the best facilities for successful events. We also provide serviced offices and work units.
Cancellation Policy
5. For all conferences and meetings, there needs to be an agreed cancellation policy which is as follows: 5.1 20 days or more notice – no charge 5.2 Between 1-2 weeks notice – 50% of the room hire charge is payable. 5.3 Between 3-7 days notice, 100% of room hire charge is payable. If the booking is for 30 people plus, an additional cost of 30% of all other charges is payable, to cover additional staff that have been rota’d on and supplies that have been bought. 5.4 Up to 48 hours notice, 100% of the total booking value is payable. 6. All meetings and conferences must terminate at the time stipulated in the booking. Any authorised extended stays will be charged accordingly. 7. total payment will be invoiced after the event.
