We would be disappointed if your event was to be cancelled. However, we realise circumstances occasionally make this unavoidable. In the event of your event being cancelled entirely - 6-1 months prior to date of your event cancellation– deposit will be retained and held for client to reuse at a later date within 3 months of initial planned event. - Cancellation within 29 days of your event will result in a 25% charge of total value - Cancellation within 14 days of your event will result in a 50% charge of total value - Cancellation within 7 days of your event will result in a 100% charge of total value
