Cancellation Policy
Group may cancel this contract without cause upon written notice to the Hotel at any time prior to the event upon payment of an amount based on the following scale: 180 prior to arrival date = 40% of total revenue contracted 179 to 46 days prior to arrival date = 60% of total revenue contracted 45 days or less prior to arrival date = 80% of total revenue contracted The option to cancel is agreed by the parties to constitute the exercise of a contractual option and not a default. Payment due as a result of cancellation of this contract under this provision shall be made by group to the Hotel at the time the contract is cancelled by written notice.

Recently renovated guestrooms and guesthouses. Amenities: We have 3 pools, 2 pool side bars, 2 beaches (one private and one public), a state of the art fitness center, Southernmost Beach Café, located on one of our 2 beaches. We have an onsite concierge team, who can assist with any group activities. Daily Charges & Fees Southernmost Beach Resort Resort Fee $60.00 plus tax per room per day Parking $43.00 plus tax per day Internet Wi-Fi included in the resort fee Beach Chairs included in the resort fee Fitness Center Use included in the resort fee Group Room Block Information Group block require a minimum of 10 rooms on at least one peak night. Group Reservations: Reservations may be made either with a rooming list or individually by calling our reservations department directly. Individual reservations require 1st night room plus tax balance at booking. Rooming List blocks require 50% of contracted room revenue at booking and balance 30 days out with the full rooming list.

plastic straws have been removed and we are working to reduce the plastic used on property and continue to work on new programs to reduce plastic at the property.
