The Wyndham Garden York has meeting space of 15,000 SF. We are the closest hotel to the York Fairgrounds and Expo Center (1.25 miles) which has 250,000 SF of additional meeting and event space and can accommodate groups up to 5,500. Cancellation Policy
Days Prior to the Event Cancellation Fee From Time of Signed Contract 25% of revenue associated with room block and catering functions 120 days to 91 days 50% of revenue associated with room block and catering functions 90 days to 59 days 75% of revenue associated with room block and catering functions < 60 Days 100% of revenue associated with room block and catering functions An individual may cancel their reservation by 4:00 pm the day prior to arrival without penalty.
