For one (1) concession, group must have a total anticipated sleeping room revenue of $10,000. For two (2) concessions, group must have a total anticipated sleeping room revenue of $20,000. For three (3) concessions, group must have a total anticipated sleeping room revenue of $30,000. To qualify, rooms must be booked by December 31st, 2024 to actualize in 2024. Group must actualize 80% of the contracted room block. If group fails to actualize 80% of the contracted room block, the Hotel will charge standard pricing for benefits and concessions. Lyft credits and Metro Cards are up to two guests per room. Bus parking is based on availability and is subject to change. This offer only applies to new bookings and is subject to availability.
