Offer applies to new bookings generated between 7/1/24 and 9/30/24. Offer is based on availability. Property blackout dates will apply. Offer is not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held meetings or events and may not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions, unless otherwise noted in the contract. Travel Pass points will be awarded at the conclusion of the event based upon actual performance. Travel Pass number must be provided at time of contract execution. Offer must be disclosed in the contract concessions to ensure eligibility. Meeting planner is responsible for disclosing any benefits or rewards under this offer to the group. Certain rewards may not be available to meeting planners for certain groups, and Sonesta reserves the right to remove rewards that may benefit the meeting planner directly. The 3% Rooms Revenue Rebate will be issued in the form of a credit on the total final Master Bill. “Qualifying Charges” must appear on the Master Bill and include only guestroom rates that are not already conceded at a rate lower than the Group Rate (e.g. staff rooms). Cap at 300,000 travel pass points per booking.
