There is an OPEN CALL for private investment professionals and service providers to nominate private equity deal cases for the next edition of The Latin American Private Equity Deal Book & ESG Cases.
To nominate a case, individuals only need the fund manager and company name.
The first, second, and third editions were produced in 2014, 2015, and 2016 in response to demand from LPs for specific examples of private equity case studies.
LAVCA and a panel of LP judges will also select a series of private equity awards to bring recognition to fund managers with successful deal cases in Latin America. See 2016 and 2017 winners.
The LAVCA Deal Book and Award helps illustrate to institutional investors, policy makers, business owners, and other stakeholders the value of private equity in Latin America.
