REBRANDING NOTICE

Over the past few months, our team at the Water, Energy and Technology Center has been working to create a fresh aesthetic for our digital platforms, newsletters, graphics, and more. We are re-imagining how we represent ourselves, our ventures, and beyond.

Our Twitter handle will now be @WETCenter (formerly @BTVCluster).

While our colors and graphics are changing, our content will remain the same. Our objective has always been and always will be to provide our audience with the best opportunities to grow their ventures. Our menu will still be the same, but our restaurant is just getting a fresh new coat of paint.

We appreciate your patience with us as we slowly begin to change up our overall look. Until then, here is our newly imagined monthly newsletter. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email us at bluetechvalley@mail.fresnostate.edu.

COVID-19 Resources & Support

Fresno State and the Water, Energy and Technology (WET) Center are complying with the COVID-19 recommendations issued by the California State University Office of the Chancellor, the City of Fresno, and the State of California.

The WET Center facilities will be closed until further notice. The health and safety of our clients, staff, and families is our first priority. We will monitor the situation closely and keep you updated. Our team will be working remotely and will still be able to assist you.

If you need one-on-one hours, please email us with a brief description of your questions/concerns and what support you are requesting and we will be sure to get back to you!

The WET Center website now has a page dedicated to resources and
support
for small businesses during this time.

The Irrigation Association has also developed a resource page to guide the irrigation industry through the pandemic.

Please feel free to email us at bluetechvalley@mail.fresnostate.edu with any questions or concerns.

Meet Drought Diet Products! This irrigation company, who has been a BlueTechValley partner since 2017, was created out of a demand to help sustain farms for posterity. Joseph Gallegos of Drought Diet Products said that utilizing BlueTechValley's numerous products and services has helped the company to network and gain exposure to other companies that may be in need of its services.

Since partnering with BlueTechValley, Drought Diet Products launched its irrigation system for greywater, which is available to purchase at Lowes!

"We picked up our first client from the WET Center's irrigation show last summer," Gallegos said.

Gallegos went on to say that keeping up with BlueTechValley publications and announcements also helped his company keep up with funding opportunities and relevant events. Click here to learn more about Drought Diet Products.
