PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE
Thank you to everyone who supported our March Madness event benefiting the Boys and Girls Club! We raised approximately $4,000.00 and while the rain canceled the corn hole tournament, a great time was had by all. Your generosity made the event a success, and we appreciate each of you who contributed.
Looking ahead, we have some exciting events for the Greater Triangle Chapter. Professional Members can join us on April 9th for our Tour of Bandwidth’s new facility, an exclusive opportunity to explore a state-of-the-art facility right in our backyard. Afterward, we’ll gather for a social at The Local, a great chance to connect and unwind with fellow members. Then, on April 23rd, we tee off for the Annual Mike Bradley Memorial Golf Tournament, one of our most anticipated events of the year. Whether you’re playing, helping with check-in, or riding a beverage cart, we hope to see you there!
**Professional Members** Be on the lookout for an upcoming chance to voice your opinions, thoughts, and suggestions all while enjoying a "Beer with the Board" on April 15th. We want YOU to come out and share your opinions of how we can continue to strengthen the value proposition of our Chapter for our professional members. You will be receiving an invitation in your email or feel free to reach out to one of your Board members for additional details.
We continue to focus on providing opportunities for professional growth, networking, and industry advancement. Your involvement makes all the difference, and we are grateful for your continued support. I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events and working together to strengthen our chapter.

APRIL 2025 PROFESSIONAL ONLY JOINT TOUR FOLLOWED BY SOCIAL AT THE LOCAL
IFMA is pleased to partner with IREM Greater Raleigh-Durham for a tour and at Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC. Visit the 550,000-square-foot, five-story office building that showcases Bandwidth's North Carolina roots and their cutting-edge technology.
Date- Wednesday, April 9, 2025
Tour Location at 3:30PM- Bandwidth, 2230 Bandmate Way, Raleigh, NC 27607
Social Location at 4:30PM- The Local, 1235 Hurricane Alley Way, Raleigh, NC 27607
The tour is limited to 40 IFMA/IREM Members and Sponsors and followed by a networking social limited to 20 additional registrants. Both are almost FULL!

27TH ANNUAL MIKE BRADLEY MEMORIAL IFMA FOUNDATION GOLF TOURNAMENT REMINDERS
Tournament Date: Wednesday, April 23, 2025
Registration at 10:30AM with Lunch. Provided Followed by Shotgun Start at 12:00PM
Location: Lochmere Golf Club, 2511 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC
If you are a Professional Member and are looking for a single spot, please email Committee Co-Chair Buck Fisher and he will work on connecting you to a team.

The Professional Development Committee of the IFMA Triangle Chapter is looking for people who may be interested in advancing their careers by obtaining an IFMA Certification or accreditation. From fellow IFMA members, it has been determined that an IFMA certification or accreditation can change your career.
To help you on your journey to certification, the Professional Development Committee puts on training/prep classes or partners with other chapters to provide such classes every few years.
If you are interested in getting a certification or accreditation in the next 2 years and participating in a local prep class, please complete the survey.
